As a freshman at Tyler Junior College in 2013, Reynolds accumulated a total of 782 yards on 44 sacks and was named to the second team of all conferences. After his better season than the average freshman, he managed to pick up a couple of deals, as Rivals.com ranked him as a three-star junior college recruit.
